CBT-I PROGRAMME
Therapy sessions are carried out on a one to one basis. Even though the CBT-I programme is very structured it is tailored towards the individual’s needs. A new sleep schedule is built around the persons own body clock. This is done by monitoring sleep schedules prior to sessions by means of actigraphy and sleep diaries which are kept throughout the programme.

The economic burden of insufficient sleep is high, fatigued workers cost their employer money. In fact, a UK study has shown that insomnia is estimated to cost the UK economy 40 billion pounds per year in lost productivity.
