This week I was asked by Stellar magazine if our sleep pattern affects our eating pattern. Well, the answer is yes!


We all know the importance of a healthy diet and regular exercise but people just don’t realize that sleep is also critical to our overall health and wellbeing. So if you are trying to lose a few pounds make sure you are sleeping well.
