CBT-I PROGRAMME

INDIVIDUAL CBT-I PROGRAMME

Therapy sessions are carried out on a one-to-one basis. Even though the CBT-I programme is very structured, it is individually tailored towards the individual’s needs. A new sleep schedule is built around the person’s own body clock. This is done by monitoring sleep schedules prior to sessions by means of actigraphy and sleep diaries which are kept throughout the programme.
